You may return all unused items purchased at T.C.'s Wooden Toys, LLC w/in 14 days of original delivery. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) must be packaged securely in original packaging. No returned merchandise will be accepted w/o an RMA#. Contact us for return shipping address, RMA# and questions. If elect to do "money back" and your item had free shipping when purchased, the refunded amount would be the purchase price less the original shipping cost.
