This is a complete kit that will let you connect your iPod/iPhone/Touch (with bottom dock connector) to the factory radio- nothing else required.

The NEO Gateway directly connects your iPod to your radio allowing you to browse your music by Artist, Album, Genre, and Playlist from the radio controls.

This direct connection eliminates the need for noisy FM modulated solutions and also keeps the iPods internal battery charged.

The NEO Gateway allows connection of any two devices at once: iPod cable, AUX cable, SCC1 Satellite Tuner (sold seperately), HD Radio Tuner (sold seperately) or Bluetooth module (sold separately- works with select kits only).

Keeps the Factory Radio Intact – Plug-and-play interface eliminates the need to replace the factory radio, maintaining the vehicle’s original look and feel.

Works with all systems (navigation, non-nav, Bose, non-Bose, active satellite radio, OnStar, DVD RSE, etc.) unless noted below:

Radio must have a "SAT" button or have "CH", "CHANNEL", "CAT" or "CATEGORY" printed somewhere on the face of the radio to be compatible (except Rouge,see below). This is usually located near the Tune or Seek buttons.

Infiniti

In 2004-2007 Infiniti vehicles equipped with factory satellite radio, the satellite tuner will have to be disconnected at the tuner location in order for the NEO Gateway to work correctly.
2007-2008 Infiniti G35 Sedan: Models equipped with navigation are not compatible
2008 Infiniti G37: Models equipped with navigation are not compatible

Nissan

2008 & Up Nissan Pathfinder & Armada: Models equipped with navigation are not compatible
2007 & Up Nissan Altima: Models equipped with navigation are not compatible
2009 & Up Nissan Maxima: Models equipped with navigation are not compatible
2009 & Up Nissan Murano: Models equipped with navigation are not compatible
2009 & Up Nissan Rouge: Vehicles equipped with radio part number "PY00F" are not compatible. This number can be found on the top right corner of the face of the radio.
2010 Nissan Altima & Sentra: Radios that have an "iPod MENU" button are not compatible

If payment is cleared before 3 PM PST, most orders will ship out that same day.

We ship worldwide. The price for shipping can be found in the checkout page. We ship via USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS. We do offer one day shipping. If this is not offered in the checkout, please call us at 1-800-983-3152 to place the order.

Items with "Free Shipping" are only shipped within the US. Combined shipping is available, please message us right after completing your order if you would like to combine the shipping and get a refund for the difference.

We insure all of our shipments and will replace and lost or damaged items.All orders will be shipped with a printed invoice. We can not ship orders without the invoice or a lower value invoice for insurance purposes.

Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer will not be credited for shipping charges if returned. We will re-ship the package for you at an additional shipping charge. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before making submitting your order.

For shipments to California, we are required by law to collect California state sales tax of 7.25%.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of recipt of your order. Returned or exchanged products must be in a brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instructional booklets and warranty card.

Please contact us in the event that you need to return your order. If the order is faulty or not working, we will troubleshoot the problem and determine if an exchange is in order. DO NOT ship your item back without contacting us first. If an item is sent back without a RMA# it will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the shipping charge to send the item a second time. We are very 'hand-on' with our eBay store and communicate with our customers as quickly as possible, we will reply to all messages usually in less than 12 hours.

 Once your order has been approved for an exchange, you will be sent a seperate email with an RMA# and all the instructions on how to return the item. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are not refundable. In the even an exchange is needed, we will cover the shipping charge on the replacement item.
