This set is brand new. Good Quality and quite thick, especially the spoons.
They were all by Apollo when we first listed these but now have to Chef Aid make sometimes.
Although the manufacturer name changes, the quality doesn't, and the design will be as in the photo. :-)

tell photography is not my strong point but honesty is, so if you have anything

Postage costs - I try to
be fair about postage costs. We charge only cost plus the VAT that we have to
charge. The good news is, that if you buy more than one item from me I
will usually reduce postage costs AND the more you buythe more the
reduction. Please see postage costs quoted for this item on this listing, there
is a postage tab just below the photo that shows postage options and costs for
first and additional items. The bad news - e bay’s calculator is not flexible
enough to mesh with Royal Mail’s charges so if e bay doesn’t combine
postage automatically, or if you buy several different items or even if
you have bought more than 3 of any one item, ask for an invoice, that way I can
combine the postage costs. This will be done asap but within 24 hours. But for
several smaller items, this usually means you get a big reduction AND I can
post them first class. (Reductions tend to be less for overseas buyers, sorry)
Just be assured I will do my best for you. In the past I have refunded
over-payments when new/naive buyers have paid too much. That is no longer
possible with our new Royal Mail contract as we pay average prices. But
please it is much easier and more efficient if you request an invoice before
you pay. Again it's that honest streak in me! I'll never be a

Overseas postage / shipping information - We are happy to
send items overseas and we appreciate our overseas buyers.We send a high
proportion of items overseas every day and mostly items arrive within 3-10

Western Europe delivery is usually
Eastern Europe - delivery is usually longer - varies widely from 5-25 days
Australia is our most popular
long distance destination and items usually arrive within 5-7 days
USA e bay have ruled that
we can now only send to USA by a tracked service,
I am sorry but this does add to the cost for the buyers BUT I agree with e bay
as we have had many issues because of Homeland Security / Customs delaying
items and US buyers being dissatisfied. This has obviously caused e bay issues
too. So US buyers please select the Airsure option when ordering.
Royal Mail do not consider an overseas
parcel 'lost' unti it is 25 days overdue. Only THEN can I refund or replace.
Except for the following;
Whilst we post items
immediately and Royal Mail are fantastic, postal services in other countries
are a lot less efficient. If you come from these countries, please note;
Russia - items can take 6-8
weeks to arrive, but I believe most Russians already know the system,
South America shipping time seems
to be 4-6 weeks.If you are not happy to wait that length of time, please do not
buy from us.
IF you have any
problems with any of my items just let me know immediately and I'll sort it
out. I have 6 figure feedback with very few negatives. This is because when
occasionally there has been a problem I have always tried to sort it out!
Though occasionally some buyers haven’t realised that if they contact me (or
hopefully any seller) we actually want to sort out the problems.
So PLEASE contact me if you are unhappy with my items or my service before
leaving neutral or negative feedback. Give me a chance to put things right
Most of the problems I
have had are because Royal Mail has lost the parcel. I do always get a proof of
posting, but Royal Mail do not consider a UK parcel ‘lost’ until it is 15 days
overdue. Only THEN can I refund/replace etc. We have to allow Royal Mail to
sort their problems first.
Please note all Parcels
posted through Royal Mail are insured for up to about £35 so for most of my
items further insurance is not necessary.
It really hurts being
left an unfair feedback. Please think about that if/when you leave negative
feedback, I DO take it personally. I am honest, I bend over backwards sometimes
to be reasonable, responsible and efficient but despite that as one of my
buyers put it if it's not gold plated and delivered yesterday you can't please
everyone! But I try hard to have only satisfied customers.
Please note we always
try to post on the day or the next working day after I have received payment.
Normally any item paid for by 3.30 any weekday will be posted the same day but
life happens and so that is not always possible, but we try our
best! I believe 99+% of my items are posted within 2 working days of payment.
Items where buyer
selects next day tracked option will be dispatched at 4.30 each weekday, if
paid after 4.30 then item will be posted the following working day.

Please note about once a month I am often away
