Therefore, we are able to accept for returns only unworn items in the same condition as they were shipped. We cannot accept damaged jewelry items & watches. We cannot refund taxes, freight, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions. Please contact us before you will ship the item back.
