part is to be issued in the event of damages. A new product will be issued if
the original product is badly damaged beyond repair. If the original product is
damaged but deemed repairable then replacement parts will be issued. For

Instructions & Conditions
1. At the completion of the sale, please click here to book your pick up online.
2. An appointment needs to be made for pick up through our online-booking
3. Payment can be made by cash / credit card / EFTPOS upon pick up.
4. If you are making a payment before pick up then the payment must be
cleared before item pick up.
5. Please bring photo identity and proof of purchase when picking up your item.
6. Pickup is available only if there is pick up stock available at the selected outlet.
7. If you wish to authorise a third party to pick up your purchase on your behalf,
then you will be required to fill in a Letter of Authorization form
We will accept product returns where:
• The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that
kind are commonly
• The product does not match the sample or description.
• The proof of purchase requirements are met.
Proof of purchase requirements:
A copy of a receipt or other acceptable forms of proof of purchase will be
required to confirm the product was purchased at Lifespan.
We will offer you an exchange, refund or repair upon return of the item.
A Lifespan product is considered DOA (dead on arrival) if it shows symptoms of a
hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening
the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please contact us within 7 days
of receiving the product. Our technical support team will assist you to determine
whether the product is DOA.
If the product is determined to be DOA we will need to determine whether a
replacement product or replacement parts is to be issued. A new product will
be issued if the original product is badly damaged beyond repair. If the original
product is damaged but deemed repairable then replacement parts will be
issued. If the product is not deemed DOA we will apply standard warranty policy
to the product.
If your item arrives damaged, DOA or faulty and you return the item within
14 days, we will pay for the return shipping or reimburse you for any return
shipping costs you reasonably incur. If the fault occurs after the first 14 days but
within the warranty period, you will need to return the item to us at your own
cost. We will of course send out your replacement item at no cost to you.
