For refunds, you must open a return case (not buyer protection case) from your bought items page. Please enclose a note of your ebay username in the parcel with any return, so we know who it is from. Returns that are damaged, soiled, smelling of smoke, covered in hairs or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
