All returns must have RMA number. Returns with no RMA number will be avoided!
- Changed your mind and don't want the item anymore? No Problem! You have 2 business days from receipt to inform us of the return and 5 days to ship it back to us. No restocking fee!
- Defective/Dead items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number with the one in our records.
- Non Defective items: must be new never used and unopened for a refund.
- Order/bid cancellation: We can cancel your order only if you contact us within 15 min after your purchase. No exceptions.

If your order arrives incorrect or the package is damaged in result of a carrier company, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened and unused for a refund!
If your item is defective you MUST notify us within 2 days of receipt. Items that will not be notified after 2 days will not be replaced! Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number of the product to the serial number on the box and the one in our records. We are aware of all fraud cases and have all the items details in our records.
If the goods are not defective, you have 2 days to inform us, and 5 days to ship back the purchased product. You will be responsible for the return postage costs. Return item must be in its original, sealed, unopened packaging. No restocking fee will apply.
If there is a quality issue or malfunction with the product, we strongly suggest you to contact the original manufacturer. We only sell brand new items in their original sealed retail packaging. In most cases the buyer is covered under original manufacturer's warranty. Since the item is brand new and its original retail packaging, we cannot accept any responsibility for the possible quality control issue.
Any item needed to be returned must be securely packaged, insured and shipped with tracking for safety. We cannot be responsible for lost damaged packages. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before any possible refunds, credits, or exchanges.
If product is out of stock and cannot be shipped on scheduled ship out date, we will email you (within 24 hour in regular business day) regarding order status, ETA or estimate ship out date.
When product ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped in 3 business days, customers may choose to back order (with ETA provided) or cancel the transaction.
We do not guarantee products compatibility with your existing system. Although most parts are compatible with most major PC systems, conflicts between different components can occur. To reduce risk of getting incompatible parts, check products info from manufacturer's website for compatibility issue.
No refund will be made for compatibility issues.
Most products carry manufacturer's warranty. Warranty period varies between manufacturers. Most products carry ONE (1) year warranty; However, some parts can have warranty between 30 days to 3 years.

Warranty is subject to manufacturer acceptance only.
* Some manufacturers offer direct RMA/warranty to end users. Warranty of some products must be claimed directly to manufacturers by end users. (E.g. Hard Drives, monitors, and some networking products, etc...)
When products are qualified for warranty by manufacturer, a replacement will be made.
If returns are qualified for RMA by manufacturers and within the first thirty (30) days, replacement will be made without extra S/H.
If the returns are not defective or if the RMA occur after the first 30 days (within warranty period), additional S/H charges back to customers applied.
