For any reason you are not satisfy with the item, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after you received your item. You are responsible for the shipping costs (both ways). We will process your return request within 48 hours after we receive the item. We only refund and/or exchange them item if the item is in the same condition when it was shipped out.

We will send an email to your paypal email address containing the tracking number and information for the product within 24 hours of the item being send out. In the event your item is lost or you think it is, do let us know straight away we will chase it down with our postman! Once he manage to prove its actually lost we will send a new one out to you straight away! We will then go through the long long process of recover the hard-earned cash!
