Warranty: All Alto Auto Parts new parts have a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive an incomplete, incorrect or faulty item, contact us at eBay message system and please include a photo of the item (or part) within 7 days to obtain a Return Authority. We will arrange a swift exchange, replacement or refund as appropriate. In the case of a faulty item we offer a full refund and will reimburse the cost of return postage. Damage to any part due to incorrect fitting by yourself, a dealer or a non-authorised workshop as well as faults due to fair wear and tear are not covered under the warranty
Payment Options: We accept PayPal or Bank Deposit and require payment within 5 days of purchase and will only ship to fixed addresses - Sorry, we don't ship to PO Boxes. Payment must be received before item is dispatched. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. Bank deposit details will be displayed in checkout – Please use your eBay ID as your reference. If you do choose bank deposit please ensure that your payment has been made in time for it to clear within the 5 day payment period. Shipping: We only ship within Australia and all items will be sent via Australian Post or Courier. Items will be dispatched within 1-5 business days so expected delivery will be within 2 weeks. Combined shipping is available on certain items and all larger items must have a street address as couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box. Pick up available only on selected items. No goods dispatched after 4.00 pm Friday over weekends until the Monday.
Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your item or you have received the wrong item in error whether it is due to our mistake or yours please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve it as soon as possible. Returns are accepted, however there is a 15% handling fee and freight paid by buyer. Contact must be made before approval of return and photographs must be supplied. You must return items in new and unused condition with all original tags attached and all original materials included with the shipment. Returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed. You must ship your return items within 14 days of delivery and in the same condition as they were delivered. Any mistakes made by Alto Auto Parts will be resolved at no cost to the buyer and postage fees will be covered. We do not accept returns on electrical items, items that have been fitted or not in the original packaging.
