We dispatch all items within 24 hours of cleared payment being received unless we let you know otherwise. All payments are acknowledged and buyers are notified when items will be, or have been posted. Please ask for an invoice BEFORE making a payment if you would like postage combined (and therefore reduced) for multiple items. We only charge the minimum postage possible which depends on the weight of the item(s).
We always obtain proof of posting and pack items carefully. If items are damaged, delayed or lost in the post we will help with Royal Mail lost item claim forms if necessary. To insure against such eventualities please select the appropriate postage option from the drop down menu on the invoice.
ROYAL MAIL POSTAGE OPTIONS.
Standard first class. Delivery should be within 2 working days.
Standard second class. Delivery should be within 3-4 working days but often less.
Compensation of up to £32 can be claimed from Royal Mail if items are lost or damaged if either first or second class standard rates are used.
Recorded delivery. Delivery times for first and second class are as above. The ONLY difference is that the delivery is signed for, making it safer for the seller, not necessarily for the buyer. It is just a record of delivery. Compensation up to £32 is included if the item is lost or damaged (EXCEPT FOR JEWELLERY).
Special Delivery is the only fully insured option for all items including jewellery. It guarantees next working day delivery, and includes tracking. (It is extra for Saturday guaranteed delivery)
A signature will be required on delivery of recorded or special delivery items.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS. If shipping rates are not stated on the listing please ask BEFORE buying. Some items are too heavy for shipping outside the UK, others will only be sent if they are insured. Sorry but we will not ship to Italy.
Standard Airmail does not include tracking or insurance.
International Signed For delivery includes a delivery number and provides a record of delivery. It not a tracked service but is available for all countries
Airsure does include tracking and insurance BUT is not available for all destinations.
We will accept returns within 14 days if not fully satisfied. Please notify us as soon as possible goods are to be returned. Goods MUST be in original condition, well packed and fit or resale in original boxes where applicable.
We will keep you informed throughout the transaction and will always leave feedback once we have received it. If contact is not made within 5 days of sale, a gentle reminder will be sent then, if no response is received a 'solve a problem' case will be instigated with e-bay. This will only be done as a last resort!
