longer than normal. We suggest that if you have not received your item after 2 weeks that you contact your local postal or customs office to inquire if your
package is being held. In some rare cases packages can take substantially longer- which we have no control over. If you have not received your item within
8 weeks we will consider it a lost package and work with you to provide a replacement or refund at that point.
For customer in Kazakhstan, Brazil, South America, there is no direct flight from Taiwan to your country, shipping time will take up to 30 business days to arrive, make sure you can be patiet of the delivery time before you place the order.
Your satisfaciton is our priority. We do accept returns. We will exchange size/color when possible. The item must be returned to us in new condition, we must be able to resell it as new. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of product for return instructions. Refunds will be given via your original payment method.
Shipping is not refundable.

We include a commercial invoice with every shipment showing the amount you paid for your items (not including the shipping cost). We will warranty bicycle frames without manufacturer warranty for 30 days. This covers failure from normal use.
