We accept Direct Deposit, PayPal, Internet Banking Transfer, Money Order, Cash on Pick Up (occassionally COD, only to prior agreement) and Personal Cheque. Please be advised that payment made via personal cheque and PayPals' eCheque may incur a shipping delay as goods will not be sent, or picked up, until cheque has cleared into the nominated bank account.
Please leave your EBAY USER ID or ITEMNUMBER when making payment to identify funds and prevent confusion. If this is not present on our statement there may be a delay in postage.
As Peppers Online staff post daily, we make the greatest effort to post your items the same day payment is received/cleared. We will despatch your item as soon as payment has been received in full within 2 business days. Same day mail out may not be possible to some areas receiving packages from selected couriers - depending on recipients location. Please contact us for a combined postage rate. We compare postage prices between multiple carriers to ensure our customers receive the best price.
If there is a Postage Rates Table in RED (not a Postage Calculator) included in this listing, please use this as a GUIDE only. This is what it would cost to send to the CBD areas. If you're out of the CBD area, please contact us for an accurate quote as sometimes postage costs can vary.

Please note that we DO NOT accept responsibility for goods LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED or DELAYED in transit, so please pay the small amount extra for shipping insurance. If you require insurance for goods being transported, please contact us prior to auction end to determine costs as this WILL NOT be added to the price unless requested.
If by chance your item is found to be lost, stolen or damaged, and it has the appropriate insurance, it will be replaced or money refunded only AFTER the carrier has completed their investigation and declared the item lost, stolen or damaged.
All shipping costs associated with returning a damaged/faulty item are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please understand that all package carriers/agents used by Peppers Online do not work weekends or public holidays and any estimated time frames are guidelines in BUSINESS DAYS ONLY.
Unless to prior arrangement, all items will be sent to the address on your eBay's "Buyer's Details" page. Frequent updating of this page will ensure your item is sent to the correct address. If you would like us to send your item to a differing address, please email us to confirm recipients details so we can update your invoice accordingly. Peppers Online will not send an item to any address given on the email receipt of a PayPal payment notification.
