Delivery:

By default we will ship your order to your PayPal address, if you wish for your order to be despatched to an alternative address, please change your address on PayPal when checking out. If paying by Cheque or Postal Order, we will ship your order to your eBay address. We despatch orders placed by 2pm the same day on weekdays, orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are sent the next working day.

Returns:

You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange.

All we ask is the returns must be within 14 days of delivery and for the goods to be returned in the exact same condition that they were sent. Please email us so we can expect delivery stating your purchase and reason. Please include your invoice number in your returns package to speed your refund. We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs.
