    Our standard delivery to mainland UK is free. Unless otherwise stated in the advert your item will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd class post which normally takes 2-3 working days, but in extreme cases can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.


    NEED ITEM IN A HURRY? - Upgrade your delivery at the checkout. We have 1st class Royal Mail & Express Courier Options. 1st Class Royal Mail takes 1-2 days for delivery but in extreme cases can take up to 5 working days. Express courier option is a guaranteed next working day delivery to mainland UK (excluding scottish highlands). In order to get item next working day you need to place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday


    Express courier to scottish highlands and offshore UK will incur a surcharge of £20. Also please note this will be a 2 working day delivery service


    International Delivery - We do not offer an express service for international deliveries. We also do not offer postage discount on International orders. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery although in extreme cases this could be up to 21 working days.

    At RetailZone, your satisfaction is our number one priority.

    If you receive your item and it is faulty please email us with images of damage, along with your full name, address and order number. We ask for images to be sent as opposed to the item being returned to us as it saves both parties money. From the image we will determine if a spare part is to be sent out or a full replacement. If you do not have a digital camera then it may be best if you buy from else where as this is one of our terms of sale.

    Should you receive your item and simply do not like it, please email us requesting a returns form. We can only accept returns on unopened brand new items. Our email address is sales@retailzone.com, once we receive this we will forward a returns form to you. A full refund will be issued once the item is received back.

    If returning an item, this will be at your own cost and we recommend you use a tracked delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for returned items going missing in the post.
