Items will be shipped via the Australia Post parcel network
Australia Post eParcel: When your item is posted you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your item all the way to your door. If the item is too large or you are not home an Australia Post card will be left and the package will be available for pickup from your local Post office. All deliveries must be signed for.
For every $100 you can purchase postage insurance for $1.30 up to a total value of $5000. This is the cost price from Australia Post.
If you are in the Sydney area you can pick up your item/s directly from our shop at 118 Elswick St, Leichhardt, NSW. If you choose this service you will need to win the auction or choose to "Buy it Now" When payment is received we will contact you when pickup is available from our store. Please bring your receipt and some ID (License, Medicare card or similar)
If you would like to pay for your item/s in store, you must contact us via eBay or phone to reserve your stock first.
Incorrect Product Ordered
We are happy for you to return the item within 7 days of purchase for a store credit, if the item is still sealed in its original packaging and has not been opened or damaged in any way (at our discretion). The buyer will be liable for shipping and handling costs via registered post plus postage insurance to the sale price of the item for the return of the item. If the product is damaged in any way the product will be rejected for return and the customer will be liable for postage costs to return it.
Incorrect Product Sent To Customer
If the product sent is not as ordered, ThePharmacy (TP) will promptly send a replacement and refund the cost to send the incorrect product back to TP once the incorrect item has been returned unopened and unused. If the item has been opened, used or the packaging has been damaged we will be unable to accept the return.
Damaged or Faulty Product Sent
Contact us immediately and we will either:
1. Exchange or refund for the product. (Depending on Manufactures policy)
2. Place you in contact with the Manufacturer for direct warranty service.
