Orders under $25 regular post (Australia Post).

Orders over $25 will need to be sent via one of the following

·         Registered (includes insurance, tracking signature on delivery).

·         Express (tracking only)

Internationals:

Orders under $25 sent via air mail Australia post

Orders over $25 will need to be sent via Registered post international (aka "other")

'Other' postage refers to Registered post international.

This is insurance, tracking, proof of postage and you need to sign for it on delivery

Sorry, no exceptions as there is nothing worse than when a parcel gets lost

I do combine postage but it depends on total weight, value, your postcode etc.

Returns/refunds:

No returns or refunds on makeup, beauty products, fragrances etc. Only exception is when factory seals are in place, or item is still in its packet.
