Our aim is to get the product to you as soon as possible so that you can start to enjoy your purchase. So.......

• Soon after winning your item a “winning notification email” will be sent to your eBay registered email address.
•  This email will contain such information as banking details, total cost Inc shipping etc however if there is no shipping cost please request total from seller.
•  When making payment through bank deposit please does not forget to include your eBay id or last 5 digits of the item you have won.
•  All the items include GST and we can supply a Tax Invoice on request.

• Payment is to be made within 5 days of winning the item.

What Next?

Then complete the eBay PayPal process making sure that:

1.    Your postal address is correct and is not a PO Box

2.    You have added the correct amount for freight

3.    As soon as payment is received we will despatch your item with 24 hours or quicker unless it is a weekend when it will be sent out on Monday or next business working day (where public holiday occurs)

4.    We will then email you the tracking number to follow the progress of your item... 

Shipping:

• We ship our items within 1-2 days of payment.  Usually shipped on the same day when payment is made prior to 12pm.  Our items are shipped Monday – Friday.
• We use a fully trackable courier service for your peace of mind.  This means you can see where your item is up to any time you choose to check.
• To avoid redelivery fees please make sure that we have a mobile number for delivery, so the driver can contact you if necessary.
• Many of our items are quite large and heavy.  We have endeavoured to find the fastest and best value couriers for you the customer.  If you can find a cheaper alternative you are welcome to organise this yourself, just let us know.
• If postage insurance has not been taken we cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage during transit.
• We use a logistics warehouse we are charged a pick up fee for pickups so unfortunately this charge is passed onto the customer.
• $15 Pick up fee applies to all pick ups
• $20 Postage insurance is available.  We Highly recommend you take the insurance as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage during transit.

We make sure you receive your item fast!

Returns: 

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products as well as a 90 day warranty support.  This means that if for any reason the item is not working as advertised, or is DOA we will repair/replace or supply replacement parts.

• The warranty is back to base, which means that any faulty items must be returned to us with any shipping charges prepaid and unfortunately we are unable to accept COD or unpaid deliveries.
•  Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent back to you at our cost.
•  Or if the item can be repaired we will happily send the repaired item back to you with shipping charges prepaid by us.
• Alternatively the buyer may opt to send the faulty part to us in exchange for a new one.
• Please contact us for approval prior to returning an item under warranty.
•   The warranty period starts from the time the goods are purchased.
• We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after the warranty timeframe.
•  All warranty claims are back to base and require the goods to be returned to us.
• Kindly note that freight handling and Insurance costs remain the responsibility of the buyer and are non refundable.

Unfortunately warranty claims for replacement repair and adjustment are not available in the following circumstances.

• Ordinary wear and tear, negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, storms or malicious damage.
• Unauthorised repairs by any person including a non authorised service technician.
•  Rusting, fading or inadequate care of the item during warranty.
