The Galaxy S4 is a good product but is a little slow to load and open applications. Perfect size as purchased for my mother so easy to read and operate. Good sound and picture quailty.

I recently upgraded from my Samsung Galaxy SII to the S4, even though the S4 has been out a couple of years or so. I love my new phone - it's light, the graphics are great, the performance is terrific and there are definite features I really enjoy now that my previous phone didn't have, the main 'draw back' being that it doesn't have a built in radio, a feature I miss because I consciously have to close my internet radio app if I want to watch a video on Facebook or YouTube. yeh, first world issues!! My particular phone doesn't get recognised by any of the PCs or laptops I've tried connecting it to. I was able to transfer the files from SII to S4 thru' Samsung software very easily, but that's it. I now have to use an app to send the pictures to myself at so I can save them to my PC. It's frustrating, but aside from this and the built in radio I'm very happy with my new phone.Read full review

Easy to read display and larger keyboard when phone turned side ways while your looking at the screen. Lots of great features, overall awesome value for money. This Samsung S4 was delivered very quickly after payment was made. The phone is as described on the website and allowed me to start using it straight away. It is unlocked (but has a couple of Vodafone apps) and works well with an Australian sim card. It is fast and easy to use. The seller allowed payment by direct deposit and this was quickly processed so the phone could be sent. Very happy.
