If payment hasn't been received within 7 days and no contact has been made a

Any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional, however extra care is taken to describe the items as best as possible.

2. All items come with a 7 days Dead On Arrival ("DOA") warranty and 1 year
Return To Base ("RTB") Warranty unless stated otherwise.
3. For all warranty claims items need to be returned and tested by our
service team. Items found to be DOA will be replaced immediately and any
associated return postage cost will be refunded. For all other items returned
for warranty during the warranty period items will be returned to the manufacturers
for testing and replacement or repair. Your replacement will be sent out once we receive it from the manufacturers.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping cost for warranty.
If returned items are found to be not faulty a flat service fee of
$20+ return shipping cost will apply.
5. All returned items must not show any
signs of abuse or physical damage as this will void warranty.
