Non paying customers will unfortunately be reported to Ebay after 14 days of non payment and will receive an unpaid item strike. Payment must be made within 5 days of auction ending unless prior arrangements have been made.
We have a 14 day exchange policy (from date of purchase) however you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. You can either exchange for correct size, purchase a product to equal value (if item is a greater cost, difference must be paid) or you can purchase a store credit for yourself, a relative or a friend. Clothing must be returned in original packaging, not damaged and with all tags attached. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and postage costs are non refundable.
We ship orders within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. We use Toll Express for delivery as it is a fast and reliable service.
All items will be sent via express post to guarantee quick delivery inside of Australia. Toll Express guarantees 1-2 business days for delivery. Toll Express provides you with a tracking number which can be tracked at any time on their website. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery if outside of NSW Australia, during holiday season and public holidays. We are not liable for any items lost in transit.
Toll Express do not deliver to Po Boxes so please if and when possible provide us with an alternate address. If you do not have an alternate address your items will be sent by regular post via Australia Post with their new click and send delivery service. Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery.
