We pride ourselves on providing great customer service! We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be new with tags (do not take tags of the garments until you are 100% happy).
- We are to receive your return within 7 days of your receipted delivery date.
- Please try to return your items in the protective plastic packaging.
- Items with animal hair, smoke, cooking odours etc will not be accepted.
As we are a small family business we can only offer free post for the initial transaction. Any associated postage costs, for exchanges or returns for store credit, are payable by the customer.
