RETURN POLICY:

MrHit provides a 14 day return policy based on the following guidelines.

1) Product has a Manufacturer defect in material or workmanship. This does not include products that have been misused, abused, istalled improperly or accidental damage.

2) Product is in Brand New, unused condition in original sealed packaging.

3) Product that has been used or that has no manufacturer defect is not eligible for return privelages due to Buyer's Remorse

4) Any product that qualifies for return based on above mentioned criteria must be returned via trackable method within 14 days of receipt.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

 

All of our packages are processed and shipped through STAMPS.COM. Our tracking numbers come from them and all confirmations and delivery info will come from their system. You WILL always receive a tracking number in the that is connected to your PayPal address. If you do not receive one please let us know and we will get it to you ASAP.

 

FIRST CLASS tracking is simply a confirmation number. USPS is only required to confirm they have the package in their system at the beginning of the shipping process and again must update the tracking when it has been delivered. Often there will be no other information given during the shipping process.

 

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING DOMESTIC:

 

The shipping time suggested by eBay is only an estimate and is no guarantee of when your item will arrive. We will always ship your item with the method offered and that you select for your particular item. It will be shipped out within 1-2 Business days of your cleared payment.  The following is very important information about the shipping method you choose.

 

Domestic First-Class USPS- eBay suggests 2-3 days once it has been shipped. 4 to 14 business days is more likely in outlying cities. Your item will be shipped in a poly mailer envelope or a padded envelope depending on the item.

 

Domestic Priority Mail USPS- Most priority mail will be shipped in the flat-rate priority envelope if they will fit and are estimated to be delivered in 2-3 business days once it has been shipped. If it is a larger item it will be shipped out in a larger package via Priority mail with same delivery time estimates.

 

Domestic Express Mail USPS- This is an Over Night service to MOST cities in the U.S.  This is NOT a guarantee with USPS and often our packages will still take 1-2 business days to ship. Please message us ahead of time about urgent packages and we will do our best to rush them out for you.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 

All items will be sent as MERCHANDISE and customer will be responsible for all import duties/taxes that your country may impose upon the product.

 

Tracking for international packages will work the same as domestic. USPS tracking will ONLY inform you that the package has entered the mailing system. From there forward most packages will not have an update on their status until they are delivered to you.

 

All international packages will also be shipped via the shipping method selected. Our international packages will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of the payment being cleared. The following is very important information about the shipping method you choose.

 

International First-Class USPS- Shipping times are estimated at 8-15 business days EXCLUDING customs holding your item. It is a very common thing especially with cell phone related items for customs in your country to hold your item for up to 15 days in addition to the regular mailing time. This causes some packages to take right around a month to arrive. Please be patient with this shipping method. It saves the average customer over $20 in shipping costs but it will simply take longer to arrive. If you need this item faster you may request FedEx or UPS service at a much higher cost. 

 

International Priority Mail USPS- Shipping times are estimated at 7-10 business days but all customs issues will apply exactly the same as first class mail. It is a very common thing especially with cell phone related items for customs in your country to hold your item for up to 15 days in addition to the regular mailing time. This causes some packages to take right around a month to arrive. Please be patient with this shipping method.
