Terms & Conditions:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product; buyer is SOLELY responsible for shipping charges. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close and unpaid auctions after 14 days will have non-paying bidder filed and the item will be re-listed.

Warranties:

We offer two different warranties that will be noted in the auction.  The first is AS-IS which means the unit has NOT been fully tested or has not been tested at all and is being sold with no warranty expressed or implied.  There is NO return privilege with these products so please bid accordingly.

The second is guaranteed against DOA which is as follows:

A MemoryExpoUsa product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon its first use. If you discover that your product may be DOA please contact ebay@memoryexpousa.com prior to any other action. This policy and any type of warranty, expressed or implied, will be nullified if the product is modified, opened, repaired or tampered with in any fashion without authorization from MemoryExpoUsa. All DOA notifications must be filed with MemoryExpoUsa within 30 days of the auction date.

MemoryExpoUsa’s tech team will determine if the product is DOA, and if the product is determined to be DOA, we will offer you a full replacement, credit or repair within 30 days of your return.

Return Privileges & Process

All returns must be approved by MemoryExpoUsa's Customer Relations at ebay@memoryexpousa.com prior to return. Before returning any products, please contact MemoryExpoUsa's Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number . The customer is FULLY responsible for ALL return shipping costs on defective product. Returned product must have an RMA number written LARGE on the return box. Please return all products 100% complete - as you received it. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete. Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
