Combined Shipping Information

• If you purchase multiple items or win multiple auctions within a 7 day period you will qualify for combined shipping;
• In order to qualify for a combined shipping discount, you must pay for all qualifying items at the same time;
• We cannot combine items on to a single invoice if items are purchased from listings with different currencies (eBay.com, eBay.co.uk, eBay.com.au) however we discount the postage charges appropriately to reflect combined postage;

Shipping Policy

• All items will be shipped directly from Sth East Asia which is where we manufacture (China, Thailand & Vietnam);
• Our Standard Shipping Service is not an insured service & is not a live traceable service;
• EMS Express is a fully insured & traceable service;
• All postage services provided by Global Clothing Group are registered services and require a receivers signature;
• Please keep in mind that we are providing international postage and from time to time a short postal delay can be experienced. Although we are not responsible for the time a package takes to arrive once we physically post it, we will work closely with you to locate the package & have it safely delivered to you.

Payment Information

• PayPal payments accepted from customers worldwide including credit card payments;
• PayPal payments automatically insure your purchases, for more information contact PayPal at www.paypal.com;
• Direct bank deposits/transfers are available and preferred from Australian customers only;
• If you are paying via a bank deposit/transfer, be sure to include your eBay username within the transaction details so that we can identify your payment;
• Payment for Buy-It-Now listings is required immediately;
• Payment for Auction listings is required within 7 days;
• Failure to make your payment & honor your purchase commitment will result in the item being re-listed.

RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

Our Return Policy guidelines are as follows:

1. Any Auction or Buy-It-Now item purchased from Global Clothing Group can be returned for a refund or exchange with the exception of clearance items.
2. Please print a "RETURNS INFORMATION FORM" from the returns page of our eBay store for each item you are returning. This form must be completely filled out and included within the returned package so that we quickly process your return.
3. Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 14 business days from the date you received the item. If there is any indication the garment has been worn including the smell of heavy perfume or smoke the item will be returned to you at your cost. If you fail to cover the postage charge then we will donate the item to charity.
4. When we receive your package we will process the return within 5 business days. You will receive an email from us to confirm our acceptance of your item(s) and either the dispatch of your exchanged item or the refund of the full purchase price of the item less all shipping & handling costs.
5. If you need further assistance in relation to our return procedure or store credit, please email us. Our goal is to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
