These adorable balloons will make your decorating so much easier. Balloons are an exciting way to add impact while keeping cost down. Consider using these as a centerpiece or seperating around the room. These are also great for many party uses.

These items are to be delivered via usps first class standard mail. We offer free shipping and do this to save the buyer cost and keep things simple. The handling time for the products to leave our wherehouse is 5 days and that time is added on to the estimated  delivery time. We feel it is best to give a estimated delivery of the longest time as we know that it is important that you have these for an event so please look at the estimated delivery dates and plan on that window. Once again if you have a question please contact us.

We have a full time buyer who makes sure we can supply you with the best balloon decor. Occasionally, we may encounter a problem of some sort with a balloon or item. Please note that all balloons will arrive uninflated. Many grocery, florists and other stores can fill them, also many stores sell the do it yourself tanks. You will always receive brand new balloons. Please call the store any day between 10 am and 6pm with any questions.

Payment
We do accept Paypal and have a merchant account for credit card processing through our retail store. Please pay for your items as quickly as possible after making your selections so that we can begin processing your orders. Items that are paid for seperately will be shipped seperately.

Shipping
Please allow 5 days for this item to ship out to you from our location in California via first class mail. You will receive a shipping notification through email when your items are processed. If the item you have ordered meets the requirements for delivery confirmation the tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please shop in advance for your party supplies. We do combine shipping and will send out a combined invoice. International orders shipped via first class mail are not trackable mail and can take 7-21 days for delivery. International customers please allow ample to for delivery to you. Overnight delivery is available for you if you need it but can only be requested by phone.

Terms of Sale
All ebay payments are expected within 5 days unless prior arrangements have been made. After 5 days if an item is not paid we follow the procedures for requesting our fees back. This includes filing non paying bidder claims. Please bid carefully and if you decide to not follow through with a purchase please let us know so that we can take care of it for you. If you are disatisfied with an item you may return it unused within seven days at your expense for a full refund minus shipping fees. Items that were shipped with a free shipping offer will incur a 2.00 OR MORE shipping deduction.
