All items are shipped via Australia Post or courier service. All items must be shipped on our nominated shipper. We cannot use other accounts. If you wish to pick-up at our shop, welcome you to visit us 7 days a week 9am to 6pm.
Days in Transit
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Weekends and National holidays are not considered. When items are dispatched we will provide estimated date of delivery, however this is not a guaranteed date. For courier service please use shipment tracking details for accurate date of delivery.
- Please note that any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by your government are your responsibility. These vary by country. Please contact your local customs agent for further information.
- All international shipments include a commercial invoice with the required declared value, which cannot be changed.
Orders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within one business day. Orders must be received (checkout completed and payment verified) by 12:00pm AEST to be eligible for same day dispatch service. Orders paid by Paypal e-Cheques cannot be shipped via an same day dispatch service as it takes times for the funds to clear.
Reduced shipping for multiple items
We can combine shipping for multiple items as long as you do not complete checkout prior to adding additional items. For orders with multiple items, you will be charged the appropriate additional item fee after the first item which will be charged at the single item rate. Combine purchases must be checked out within 7 days of auction end of the first item.
All items are insured. If your item is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
You will receive an order confirmation with a shipment tracking number once the item ships. The status of the order may be tracked on website link online. Tracking is not available for Australia post parcels, however reference number would be provided upon request.
Please note that shipping charges for oversized items will be excluded from consolidation. An oversized item will consolidate into your order for the purposes of payment but its published shipping charge will be added to the combined shipping charge for the remaining items.

International Duties, Taxes and Fees
International customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Your shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage. Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We are required by law to state the actual purchase price for declared value. We cannot change this amount.
