Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide (excluding remote islands).
 
 
We ship with Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT. 
 
 
We also offer pickups from our Warehouse & Showroom at St Peters, NSW (just go to the contact us tab for address details and hours).
  
 
All items ordered before 10am in the Sydney Metro area will be delivered same day, all orders received by 3pm (NSW Time) will be dispatched on the same day (We only ship on normal business days).
 
 
After shipping we will email you a tax invoice and tracking number for your order (some very small items are sent by letter and are not track-able ) For large items like cases and guitars we will need a street address as these items are too big for Australia Post (anything over 105cm).

We ask that you ensure payment for your item, including shipping is made within 7 days of buying your item. If you wish to change your order please advise us within 48 hours of purchase so we can make the adjustments.  All items include GST and a Tax Invoice is issued with every order.
