Shipping

Parcels shipped within Australia usually arrive within 3-5 business days (estimate).
If you require express courier, there’s an additional fee.
We ship all parcels within Australia using Australian Eparcel Courier Service. Your parcel has tracking and is insured in cases of loss or damage.
If you have yet to receive your parcel after waiting a reasonable amount of time (at least 2 weeks) please contact us asap so we can investigate further and/or lodge a complaint with Australia Post.
International Shipping:
Items are shipped by air due to due lack of affordable express courier service options in Australia.
We will dispatch your order within 2 business of payment. A SkippyPost Proof Of Postage Certificate will also be sent to your email confirming dispatch of goods.
Please allow for at least 12-15 business days for delivery.
If you have yet to receive your item after this 4 weeks from dispatch date, please contact us asap so we can investigate further and or lodge a complaint with the shipping company

Returns
Returns are accepted. The item(s) must be in the original condition with all packaging intact. You will be refunded in full minus your return expense.
If returning an item, please enclose a printout of the Ebay invoice, displaying your User Id and Item Number. If you have paid via paypal we will then process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the return. If your payment was made by Bank Wire transfer, we would require your banking details (Account number & BSB number) in order to process the refund.
Re-stocking fees apply to larger items weighing over 1kg
Exchanges are accepted on the condition we have stock. To arrange an exchange please contact us asap
