Bowling Balls: Bowling balls must be undrilled, brand new in box and double boxed when shipped back to us. There will be a 20% restocking fee for balls that were purchased with free shipping.
Bowling Shoes: Bowling shoes must be in original box and shipped back on the buyers cost in a bag/box. There will be a 20% restocking fee on shoes that are marked free shipping. If you need to exchange for a different size, the fee will be waived however you will be sent an invoice for the exact shipping costs of the new shoes going out to you.
Bowling Bags: Bowling balls must be shipped back in a bag/box and in new condition. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all bags that are marked free shipping.
