CAN YOU COMBINE POSTAGE?
We endeavour to combine most orders and charge a flat rate fee of delivery for standard items unless otherwise stated.
DO YOU COMBINE LARGE ITEMS OF EQUIPMENT?
Some larger items of mobility equipment have their own shipping rate due to their weight and size and as such we may be unable to combine. These costs are clearly marked in the description.
HOW ARE MY ITEMS SENT?
All orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Most orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel giving the security of registered post and the convenience of being able to track the progress of your parcel. When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with your unique eParcel tracking number. If for any reason we have a delay in sending your order, you will be notified by one of our friendly customer service team and advised a dispatch date.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS POST?
If you would like your parcel delivered via Express Post, please contact us and we will be happy to supply you with a quote for Express Post.
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If your order is not received within the expected time frame, please let us know and we can help you track your parcel.
CAN I COLLECT MY ITEM FROM YOU?
We do not have a store front and therefore all items are sent by a postal service.
DO YOU LEAVE FEEDBACK?
Due to the sensitive nature of some of our products and to ensure discretion and customers privacy, we never leave feedback for any of our customers, until they have left feedback for us. As we go through large numbers of feedbacks and can’t individualise them, please if you do not want us to leave you feedback please don’t leave us feedback.
