Payment and Completion

Winning bidders to contact us with 5 days of end of auction

Payment to be made within 7 days of end of auction

Non-paying or non-contact bidders will receive negative feedback and non-paying bidder complaint after end of 7 days

Shipping

Goods will usually be shipped within 48hours of receipt of payment if payment made by specified method

Shipping will be delayed if payment made by personal cheque to allow time for cheque clearance

Shipping by specified courier includes insurance

Postage rates quoted by Auspost does not include insurance

Purchasers requiring insurance on Auspost deliveries are required to request quote prior to payment - we advise requests prior to end of auction

We do not take responsibility for loss or damage in post without insurance

New items:

Manufacturers warranty applies to new items where detailed in the item description

It is buyers responsibility to ensure that goods are suitable for their needs

Faulty or defective items must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt of goods

Returns of faulty or defective items are to be made with 7 days of receipt of goods and only after obtaining a return authorisation number from ourselves

All returned goods must be double boxed with original packaging, factory sealed (if shipped so), unused, and with all manufacturer's packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories

Returned goods may be subject to refund or replacement with identical item.

Used items:

We endeavour to provide as accurate a description as possible to detail condition and age of items

Buyers should read descriptions thoroughly and ask any question if in doubt.
