Buyer must complete the sales transaction payment within 4 business days from the date of purchasing item. If payment is not received within this timeframe an unpaid item reminder will be sent. We accept payment via Paypal and bank deposit. Bank details will be provided at checkout point once choose bank deposit as payment method. While making bank deposit, to avoid unexpected delay, please make sure:
· Buyer’s ebay user ID should be provided as a reference.
· Buyer will need to make notification on ebay once the bank deposit is made.
Item will only be dispatched after payment is cleared. E-check, Bank deposit will take longer than Paypal payment.

We are using Australia Post parcel with tracking and signature as the delivery method with the express parcel delivery as an option for some items. Postage charge includes handling fee, delivery fee and registration for tracking purpose.
No pick up is available. We are unable to provide this service at this stage.
We do provide combine postage service. Please contact us for combined postage price.

The regular dispatch is on Monday,Wednesday and Friday. If payment received before 10 am on the dispatch day, item will be sent out the same day. Otherwise it will be sent out on the next dispatch day. After hours / weekend delivery is not possible.
Parcel will require recipient's signature and can be signed by any person at the address you have nominated. Please note that: If no recipient's at this address parcel will be sent back to your local post office waiting for your collection.
Important: Please make sure that you provided the correct address and day time contact number. If no recipient at the delivery address during the day, please keep tracking item with tracking number we provide you after dispatch. Parcel will be sent back to sender ( without prior notice to sender ) by Australia Post if no recipient comes to collect at the local post office.
All parcels returned to us due to incorrect address details / and no collection will incur an additional postage and handling charge.

Always contact us first if you have any problem with item. Wild at Heart Camping and Outdoors has been assisting customers with fixing problems and 99.5% of customers have been satisfied with the results without sending item back which saves cost for both of us.
Return or exchange is acceptable within 30 days of purchase. Returning item must be in an acceptable and resalable condition. Buyer will need to be responsible for all shipping cost occurred. Refund will be given with deduction of postage.
