Please ensure you use the size guide as my items are not all a standard fit. Some items are slim fit and some items are comfort fit. Exchange is fine however if you choose to return the item for any reason other than it is faulty or not as described then the buyer must also enclose a prepaid satchel/envelope to make the exchange. Refunds for returned items will be for the item only and not the postage cost unless deemed faulty or not as described.
Please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback as issues can be resolved simply in most cases.
