Customers are required to report to us any defects / problems between 7 days from date of products received.  S&H costs incurred while returning the item to us will be the customer's responsibility. S&H for sending the replacement item to you will be covered at no extra charge by us (unless warranty is declined then customer will have to bear full charges). Should a return/refund is granted, the item must be returned in its original brand new condition. Refund will be issued the next working day upon return of item. All returned products will be inspected. If product found to be defective not due to manufacture fault, the warranty coverage will be decline automatically. We are not responsible for whatsoever damages or losses incurred for non-insured shipments. For successful insurance claims, a brand new replacement and shipping will be at our cost.
