All payments must clear before goods will be shipped. Please provide your eBay User ID and item number as payment reference.
Our checkout will only add items to a single invoice for a period of 3 days - 72 hours.
The successful highest bidder must complete the sale transaction and make payment within 5 days from the end of the auction. Failure to make payment within 5 days from close of auction will result in an Unpaid Items Dispute being raised against you.

There will be no email or phone support outside hours of operation. Emails will be answered within 24 hours during working days, regarding listings, item specifications, postal and delivery charges. We suggest our buyers to leave their feedback after their items are received. When we receive positive feedback from a buyer, we will leave a positive feedback to the buyer on the same day. Please contact us first to fix the problem before leaving a negative feedback. We will try to resolve any issues.
· We offer interstate deliveries.
· If no postage cost stipulated in item description then please call or email us your postcode for quotation for cost of delivery prior to sale/auction end.
· All Postage and deliveries will be dispatched within 48 hours (Excluding weekends and public holidays or after hours) and depart from Melbourne upon receiving the cleared payment.
· Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
· Item/s will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
· All shipping costs quoted, include insurance, registered postage (with Australia Post) and handling fees.
· Please provide your correct landline or mobile phone number after payment, as it is very important for the courier to ensure there is someone at home for large parcels. Otherwise the item will not be shipped.
· Pick up is available from Richmond, Victoria, Aust. Time and date, if picking up, is to be confirmed prior. (No Charge for Pickups)
· Orders are delivered during normal business hours.
· The buyer will be liable for re-delivery charges if the premises are unattended at the time of delivery.
· If you are unavailable or not present at time of delivery, you will be left with a card notifying you that the delivery has been sent back to the depot. Any goods that are returned back to the depot and any re-deliveries will incur a $15 charge, which must be paid immediately.
· If required, we can make a note on the consignment to have your goods left at your front or back door at the buyer’s own risk to avoid any re-delivery charges. Please let us know your instructions when going through checkout.
· Failure to pay Re-Delivery charges will leave your account in arrears thereby voiding your warranty.
Warranty & Returns
Please check the listing first for the correct warranty period and inspect all items upon receipt. We will replace your item if it is found to be faulty. For assistance with warranty and returns please contact us first.
Within the first 7 day period from receipt, all items purchased and received as damaged on arrival, or with a manufacturing fault, or the wrong item sent, then please contact us, (a photo of the item may be required to verify any disputes) and we will gladly replace the item for you. Items will only be replaced and not refunded! In the exception we cannot replace a faulty item with the same item we will issue a refund for the item/s. The returned item must be in new condition with the full package, otherwise we are not liable for any refund after checking.
In the case an item is wrongly sent, and you need to return an item for replacement, include the item in the original condition. Insure the package and have a tracking number for it. We will reimburse your return postage, where we are unable to organized postage.
Any item sent and stamped at the post after 7-day period will be refused.
If an item needs to be returned for warranty (after the first 7 days) and within the warranty period, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted. You have to contact us before you return anything.
For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.
Warranty does not apply for Auctioned items, shopworn and seconds.
