Shipping

All items will ship within 2 business days of completed and cleared payment. We ship your choice of  UPS ground or USPS 2-3 mail. (13 oz and under ships 2-3 Day First Class Mail all items over 13oz ships 2-3 Priority Mail.)

Shipping Addresses
We will only ship your package to a confirmed Paypal or eBay shipping address.

PO Box
 All items being shipped to PO box addresses must be shipped via USPS.

Insurance
All items are insured for the purchase price. If an item is received damage, please notify the delivery service the package is damaged upon receiving the item. Then take photos of the damaged packaging and damage to the product(s). We will then submit an insurance claim.

Combined shipping

Save money by combing your purchases. Purchase your items, wait until we send you an invoice for the combined shipping amount. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs.

Payment

All payments must be made within 7 calendar days via Paypal. If payment has not been received by the 8th calendar day then a non-payment case will be opened through eBay. 

Warranty

We guarantee all of our items we sell to be exactly as described in the listing. Please ask any questions prior to purchase.

Any and all problem must be notified to us through eBay messaging within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days from delivery we will not grant any warranty claims for your purchased item.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase UNLESS Noted in The Description section (Certain items we do not accept returns on),. You must contact us prior to returning any and all items All items must be returned in the original packaging, in the condition it was sent in, and  buyer must pay shipping both ways. If we have inaccurately described an item we will cover shipping costs both ways. If returned items do not match that of the condition (including packaging) that we sent it to you in, then you will not be refunded and will be responsible for return shipping for the item(s)
