You have 14 days to return the saddle including transit time. That means that you have 4 or 5 days after receiving the saddle to “trial” and check the fit, and then pack it up and send it back to us. Please remember – the saddle must be protected during riding and be kept in the condition it was shipped to you in case you need to return it or exchange it. * For English saddles, wrap your leathers in plastic wrap or an old sock! *Don’t wear your tall boots, or chaps as they may mark the saddle! *With all saddles, always use a pad to prevent sweat marks *Please do not oil or clean the saddle unless you plan to buy it. If you return a saddle with additional marks or damages – reserves the right to refuse the saddle return and charge the customer for the saddle (depending on damage). In most cases this really isn’t a problem – but please take care of the saddles – they’re worth thousands of dollars. – Please remember saddles have a total 14 day trial and return period. After the initial saddle trial period – ALL SADDLE SALES ARE FINAL! To return a saddle on trial, just contact us to get your Return Authorization number, and box it up. Please send insured UPS/FedEx. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The returned item should be in the same condition as you received it. Returns will be refunded in the same payment manner as purchased. Saddle Trial Policy
Full Payment is required before any saddle is shipped out on trial. Full payment includes the purchase price of the saddle and shipping. Payment must be paid through Pinnacle Horseware via Visa or MC. Payment by Paypal will void three day trial. Saddles are shipped from Pinnacle Horseware via UPS and return shipments should be made via Fedex or UPS ground. A $35 fee will be charged from any saddles returned via USPS. Buyer is responsible for any damage to item or if item is lost or stolen from the time UPS drops the saddle off for trial until it is returned to Pinnacle Horseware. Any damage from shipping to Trial Client must be reported to Pinnacle Horseware in writing when UPS delivers package (that same day).
Trial Client may keep a saddle on trial for up to 14 days including transit time from when we ship the item to you. Upon completion of the trial, Trial Client must notify Pinnacle Horseware if the saddle is to be kept or returned. On the 15th day, saddle becomes property of the Trial Client and no returns for any reason will be accepted. There are no exceptions made unless made prior to trial in writing from Pinnacle Horseware.
If Trial Client elects to keep the saddle, no further payment is required. If Trial Client chooses to return the saddle, the purchase price will be refunded when saddle is received and in the same condition as when shipped, but all shipping costs will be incurred by Trial Client. eBay Trial Clients must confirm return of item on eBay before refund will be issued.
If saddle is lost, stolen or broken, the full purchase price will be the responsibility of Trial Client. If saddle is damaged or blemished, depreciation cost of damage or blemish or repair cost will be charged whichever is less. Saddles with free shipping that are returned will be subject to a nonrefundable $50 shipping fee.
