All items will be examined carefully before delivery. However, there may be occasions where you want to return the item and get refund. We want you to know that we do accept returns and refund.
Just email us within 7 days of delivery with your reason and request for a refund.
If there is no problem of the item itself, and you only change your mind for purchase or you purchase wrong item without reading our description. we will deduct the postage we spent( if the item has been dispatched), insertion fee, final value fee and paypal charge from your payment after the item arrive in original condition. The more information you provide on the fault, the quicker we will be able to assist in resolving your query. Please email us initially with your name, item number, eBay user ID, date of purchase, payment method and contact telephone number, along with details of the fault or damage. It is most beneficial to us if you can submit photographic evidence with your email of the fault/damage. This enables our customer support team to locate the best solution as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, merely stating that a product is ‘faulty’ is not sufficient for us to be able to act swiftly. This will delay us in providing a solution for you.
Our guarantee does not cover replacement parts purchased from a third party. By doing so, this will void your guarantee.
Provide replacement part
If your item is within 3 months of purchase, we can send you a replacement part. This is the most efficient way to solve the majority of issues. After confirmation with your help to identify the problem, your replacement part will be dispatched within 2-3 working days(Woking day=days-weekend-public holidays).The postage will be paid by buyer.
Repair the product
If your item is within 3 months of purchase, we can repair the item, but please afford all postage for repair. If some expensive part burnt, we will collect the part cost. |
