How to find the extra picture for each color?
On the top of this page, below the item title, there is a field called "Colour:".
Next to it, there is a drop-down list.
Click the list, the whole colors list will show.
Click the color, the picture on the left will be changed to related one.
By this way, you can see all colors and their pictures exactly.
For certain item, how to buy more than 1 in an order?
1, choose the color you want
2, below the "Colour:" field, there is another field called "Quantity:"
3, enter the number you want to buy
4, click "Buy it now" button.
How to buy different colors?
1, choose 1 color and its quantity, then click "Buy it now" button.
2, choose "Continue shopping"
3, get back to the this page, then choose another color and its quantity, then click "Buy it now" button again.
4, repeat Step 3 until you get all colors
5, after choose last color, after clicking "Buy it now" button, Click "Check out" instead of "Continue shopping".
6, you will be taken to payment page, now you can see all colors are here.
How to get all items in 1 package?
Please pay them together in 1 go.
To do so, only make payment after you have add all items in the basket, this will produce 1 order.
And only in this way, you can get postage discount if you should according to our postage policy.
If I buy more than 1 item, can I get any discount?
Usually you can get postage discount on multi-buy purchase, but this is not for all items. Please check our postage policy for all details.
Because of system limitation, we can't set up postage policy flexibly and accurately.
If you should get postage discount according to our postage policy, to save time, please just make payment, then send us email to inform us to refund the postage discount.
1, Paypal recommended.
It saves time, but only when there are funds in your paypal account.
If you have no fund in your Paypal account, you can still use PayPal to make payment. Payment will be taken from your linked bank account.
In this way, a eCheque payment will be generated.
Such payment takes about 5-7 days to get cleared. Order won't be dispatched until payment cleared.
3, Postal Order, Cheque
If you are in UK, you can also pay by Uncrossed Postal Order.
We only accept Chequeor crossed Postal Order for orders larger than£10.

usually 1-2 week, sometimes 3-4 weeks.
Delivery time to Italy, Eastern Europe, Russian, USA, Canada:
usually 3-4 weeks, sometimes 1-2 months
The only way for fast delivery to overseas is Express Couriers: FedEx, Dhl, UPS...
Please do not blame us if items can't be delivered on time. As you can see from our feedbacks, we are well known on quick dispatch and delivery, but we can't control delivery process.
You may claim return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the items.
For wrong items
If there is any problem with the items you receive, please contact us ASAP, we will try our best to solve that. Usually we will post replacement once we confirm what the problem is.
Please do not open any case in ebay or paypal as that is not a good way to solve the problem and takes more time.

For return and refund
We accept return within 5 working days of receiving the items, but the items should be in original packaging & condition.
Please note that if you change mind and return, you should be responsible for any return cost.
To return a item, please follow the steps below:
1, Open a return case in ebay
Log into ebay, on the top you will see "Account", then use the mouse to point it, then a menu shows, choose "Resolution Center",
In the new page, from the left side, choose "I want to return an item and get a refund."
2, Prepare the items for return
Please keep items in the same condition and packaging as received, and write a note with item number, your name, address, eBay id, reasons for return & your request.
If there is no such information, we won't be able to know who returns them and what to do with them.
Please place the items and the note into same mailing bag, return to the following address:

3, Please do ask for a "Certificate of Posting" at your local post office, which would be helpful in case the mail is lost in delivery.
4, Refund will be given within 2 days after receiving them. Please kindly note that the Packing & Postage cost will be non-refundable.
There are 2 ways to do exchange
1, If you want to save time, you are suggested to place a new order for the items you want, then return the original items to us for refund.
In this way, please see above steps to find out how to return the original items for refund.
2, Alternatively you can return the original items and we will send you exchange. But please note that you have to pay re-delivery cost of the new items.
We will leave POSITIVE FEEDBACK after receiving the payment.
