PAYMENTS

• PAYMENTS Paypal, Paypal eChecks (delay up to 10 days), Credit Cards . Payment must be received within 4 days. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
• SALES TAX We charge NY sales tax if you live in the state of NY.

RETURNS

• RETURNS We will accept unopened merchandise back for a full refund less any shipping costs. Contact us within 14 days of receipt for return instructions.
• EXCHANGES Not happy with your purchase? Please contact us. We will be happy to exchange it for the same item. You pay for returning the item to us. We will cover the cost of reshipping to you.
• HOLIDAY PURCHASE Unopened holiday purchases made after November 24th may be returned through December 30th. 15% restock fee will be applied.
• DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ITEMS BY UPS -Hold onto packing materials and shipping box for collection and inspection by UPS.

• MANUFACTURER DEFECTIVE ITEMS -We will be happy to exchange any defective items and will pay to reship to you. You are responsible for returning the defective item to us.
• CANCELING PAID ORDERS We can't cancel paid orders.
• WRONG ITEM RECEIVED (UPC Doesn't match listing) We are very sorry if this happens and will gladly exchange the item for the correct one if it is in stock. We will issue a UPS return label via email for return.
