You have to contact me within 90 days after receiving the item to get RMA number. I give 90 day full money back guaranty on all store items. Item has to be received in condition it has been shipped. Buyer is responsible for item shipping both ways unless I made a mistake in item description. Since I sell used equipment, it might not work as new.
