WARRANTY

All of our NEW parts carry 1 (one) year warranty. If any part fails within a year of purchase date, Customer must inform us via email to obtain a "Return Authorization Form", after that Customer shall return an item to us for an inspection. If inspection approves that an item is defective then replacement item will be shipped to the customer. Under no circumstances we are responsible for any installation fees. Warranty excludes typical wear & tear on items such as filters, brake pads, and rotors. These items can only be returned to us in unused condition and in it's original packaging within 30 days from sale date. Special orders, Manuals and Electrical items are not refundable.

In several years we also started to purchase brand new OE, and OEM parts in larger quantities and got a very good discount, therefore we're passing the savings on to you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Brand new parts can be returned within 30 days from purchase date. Brand new items must be returned in exact same condition as they were received by a customer in order to receive a full refund.

Used parts can be returned within 15 days from purchase date.. Refund will be issued after an item passes our inspection and we'll be approved for a refund.

All used electrical parts are tested prior to shipping, so all sales of electrical items are final.

We do our best to keep our inventory current, however there is a possibility we may physically run out of stock before we update an actual item count. In case of such occurrence we'll notify a customer if there might be a delay in shipping and it's up to customer to decide whether he/she prefers to wait (a reasonable amount of time) or get a full refund.
