Refund Policy.
Items returned for credit, must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
Items returned must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, in original packaging with a copy of the original Tax Invoice.
Items returned are subject to a 10% restocking/admin fee.
Items returned that were purchased with postage included will be subject to the inital postage charge.
Warranty.
Clutch and brake components carry a 12 month, 20000 km limited manufacturers warranty.
This covers manufacturing faults or defects.
Warranty does not cover fitting errors or driver misuse/abuse.
Warranty void if vehichle modified from OE Specifications , off road or sports use.
With regard to warranty please email sunburybrakes@iprimus.com.au we will forward a claim for to be filled out and returned with Tax Invoice and component. Goods will be submitted to manufacturer for warranty assesment.
