Partsweb accepts payment by credit card – VISA, MasterCard and American Express. You can make credit payments online or over the phone by calling (03) 9758 4095
Partsweb accepts payment via PayPal. Our PayPal email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
Partsweb also accepts payment via Bank Deposit. If you are paying by Bank Deposit, please ensure you include your eBay user name and item number with any payments and emails to prevent delays dispatching your order.
We ONLY ship to Australian addresses. Please check whether the part you intend to purchase is “Free Freight” or “Pick-up Only”. If your item is Free Freight, your Partsweb item will be dispatched free of charge (cost of delivery is included in our price) within 2-5 business days after your payment is received and cleared.
We send all our parts through a variety of courier and postal services depending on weight and size. All items are covered by transit insurance. There is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times vary according to distance from our warehouse in Melbourne.
For “Pick-up Only” items, please call (03) 9758 4095 to pre-arrange an agreed time to collect your item. You’ll need proof of purchase such as a print out of your payment transaction on eBay before being able to collect your item from our warehouse.

Warranties & Returns
All Partsweb items are brand new and have a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive an incomplete, incorrect or faulty item contacts us at email@example.com including a photo of the item (or part) within 7 days to obtain a Return Authority. We will arrange a swift exchange, replacement or refund as appropriate. In the case of a faulty item we offer a full refund and will reimburse the cost of return postage.
If you are not happy with any Partsweb item, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days, and we will give you a refund. (Sorry but shipping costs are non refundable).
- All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase
- Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs
- All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund
