If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 28 days of your receipt of the goods, please send the items back with all your order information and your details including address and reason for return failure to do this will result in delay of refund/replacement,if items are faulty and are returned within 14 days of purchase they will be subject to refund if required,outside this 14 days and a replacement or repair will be dispatched ,all products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing including all contents of the original sale,we advise any returns of significant value be sent by tracked mail with the relevant insurance to cover any damage or loss as this is the customers responsibility if the item is returned as an unwanted item it must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging for a full refund to be granted,any item returned and not subject to our returns policy will need to be returned to the customer at the customers cost
