Domestic (USA) Buyers:
Shipping Times: We are conveniently located at the center of the country in Ames, Iowa, so transit times within the continental US will typically be less than a week: 2-5 days for First Class, 2-3 days for Priority, and 1-2 days for Express. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico ~ allow for two weeks. For APO addresses, transit times may vary significantly.
Shipping Cost: Most of our items have free economy shipping, but bulky items such as tires & wheels, or high value items such as ESC's and engines, still have a shipping cost. Combined shipping of multiple bulky/high value items will vary depending on the total weight and your location (email us for a shipping quote). Unless all the items you are purchasing have free shipping or you are just buying one item, it would be in your best interest to request an invoice or contact us before payment so that we can save you some money!
Shipping Time: Transit times may vary depending on what country you are from and what shipping service you select; the greatest factor in regulating how fast your package arrives is your own countries customs office ~ we have no control over this.
USPS Shipping Service Estimated Transit Time: First Class: 2-6 weeks; Priority Flat Rate Envelope: 1-5 weeks; Priority Package: 1-4 weeks; Express Int.: 1-3 weeks.
In general, most customers receive their package within a few weeks, but some (10%) may wait a month or more. If you are not willing to potentially wait this long, then please do not purchase from us.
Shipping Cost: We combine shipping!!! Combined shipping is determined by the weight of the package and the USPS service you select*. We only charge the posted USPS rates to ship your package (USPS.com). EBay will not combine the shipping automatically; you must request an invoice or email us before payment to receive a full discount.
Combined purchases of $100 or more are not eligible for First Class International and combined purchases of more than $150 are not eligible for Priority Flat Rate Envelope/Small Box.
Tariff taxes and/or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. All packages are checked as Merchandise on the customs form.
Payment Form: For bidder and seller protection, we only accept paypal.
Payment Time Frame: Payment must be received within two weeks or we may open an unpaid item case. You will have four days to make payment from the time that a case is opened. After the four days, we close the case and relist the item. If you need longer to pay, just let us know and we will be sure to accomodate you the best we can.
Cancelling an Order: If you confirm to purchase an item and then change your mind, no worries ~ let us know and we will agree to cancel the order. If you pay for an item and change your mind before we ship it, we can refund all but the base paypal fee.

- How will my package arrive? Each item is carefully packaged in a padded envelope or box with enough packing material to protect it on its journey to your home. Items do not come with manufacturers original packaging unless otherwise pictured.
- Will this fit my car? We sell parts for a specific application, which is the source vehicle of the part. Due to the wide variety of R/C manufacturers and vehicles, we have a limited knowledge of custom fitting parts to other vehicles. But we are always happy to give dimensions of parts if the measurements are not listed in the item description.
- Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Unless the item is DOA, the buyer pays return shipping and only the purchase price is refunded. The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was orginally sent to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
- What can I expect from this seller? We are dedicated to a fast and fair service. Messages are typically responded to within 24 hours and invoices are sent upon request as soon as possible. If we make a mistake, we will bend over backwards to make it right! Every customer is a valued customer, so send us a message if you have a question.
