RETURNS /REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7 day returns policy for faulty items.  Faulty items will be exchanged or refunded.

You must make contact with us and return the faulty item via registered post within 7 days of receipt.  The item must be returned in the condition it was mailed to you, unused and with all the original tags intact.

NOTE:  For hygiene reasons, earrings & hair accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty).
