Products,listings, specifications,parts and prices are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right to substitute parts which are functionally equivalent and of equal or greater value depending on availability.This is sometimes necessary to assure prompt delivery.
What Happens If Something from My Order is Out-of-Stock?
Sales Orders with Only 1 Item
- If an item in your order is out of stock, we will remove the item before billing if we are unable to receive stock in 3-5 days. Your remaining in-stock order will be processed. An email will be sent to customers notifying them, if an item has been removed from the order.
- If we are unable to receive and stock the item within 3-5 days, you will receive an email notifying you of your canceled order, as well a refund for the purchase, if charged.
Shipping, Delivery, and Postage Policies:
Order amendment is not available once your order has been submitted.
You MUST be available to sign for your package and accept delivery; your parcel will be delivered between 9am-5pm (Standard Business hours).
NO RESPONSE to delivery will incur a card being left by the Courier. You MUST contact the Courier within 48hrs (2 days), otherwise you package will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur an additional cost to you.
We suggest using your WORK address, or any address in which you will be available to sign for your package (if delivered by Courier).
* PO BOX Addresses will delivered by Australia Post not Courier.
- With your orders, you can call our courier company to check your orders delivery status. You will be provided with a consignment number and the courier company's details
- When we ship your order with one of our Courier Partners, you will have to sign upon receiving your order.
- Your Shipping Address must be to an address in which your order can be received and signed for between the hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.
- However, if you are not available during delivery time, a note will be left in your mailbox and you can must arrange for re-delivery at a more convenient time or pick up from a depot in your area. we need to add that 'you MUST respond within 48 hours, or the parcel will be returned to us.'
We can only deliver items that fit in a Standard Satchel to P.O.Box Addresses unless you can confirm the Post Office will hold your bike or larger item for you,shipping larger items via Australia Post will incur an additional shipping fee depending on location and size of item.
Delivery Time Frame:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane:Usually 3 business days when in-stock.
Regional NSW-VIC-QLD, WA, NT and other capital cities:Usually 4-7 business days when in-stock.
Other areas:Up to 9 business days or more,depending on availability.
Our courier partners are Couriers Please and Australia Post.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.As one of Australia's most successful bike retailers,we aim to make every transaction a pleasant,convenient and care-free shopping experience.
To expedite any returns,we ask that you note the following:
- If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the postage costs incurred in sending the item to us.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping of returns back to us. If a returned item is not defective or sent in error by us, you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
- We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order of any damage or reason for return..
- Returns & replacements must be attentioned to us by submitting a customer service case on our Contact-Us page.
- No returns or exchange will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order.
- The product must be in new,unused,and 100%original condition(unworn,if clothes)with all the original packaging materials.

- If the product you are returning was included as part of a special offer,the additional item(s)must also be returned,or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
- Any return may void a multiple purchase discount.
- Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.
- Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier to us.
- Special promotional items that are not defective can not be returned for any reason.We remind our customers to choose products carefully before placing your order.
