Please note we prefer that you complete eBay's checkout immediately after making your purchase. If this is not possible payment is required within 3 days of your purchase.
A tax invoice will accompany your product or be emailed via eBay.
All our parcels are sent with tracking and require a signature. For your convenience we highly recommend you have your delivery address to where someone is available to sign for your parcel during normal business hours.
Handling and Dispatch:
In most cases we will dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Though as we offer product from many manufacturers and suppliers we ask that you allow up to 5 working days from date of payment to dispatch.
Notification of dispatch:
Once your item/s has been dispatched from our warehouse we will notify you by eBay email of the tracking number for your information. In the case where part of your purchase needs to come directly from one of our suppliers we will note this in your online invoice for your information. So you are expecting multiple deliveries.
Postage System and Carrier:
We use eBay’s Click and Send postage system or eParcel both Australia Post with signature and tracking. Therefore postage time may differ depending on your location, so please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of dispatch.
Tracking your purchase:
If you receive part of your purchases and are worried where the rest of your items are please go to: My eBay – Purchase History to see if there is a note to expect your purchase to be delivered across multiple parcels with different tracking numbers.
If you would like to check on the status of any parcel at anytime please go to: http://auspost.com.au/track/ or download their mobile app.
Then enter your tracking number (as provided via eBay email and held in your My eBay – Purchase History) and you’ll be able to see where your parcel is within the Australia Post Network at anytime.
Urgent Delivery Required:
If you require your items urgently please advise us, and we can arrange for express delivery and update your invoice to reflect express postage costs.
Change of mind:
In the case where you simply change your mind, please contact us via eBay or email us directly firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. You will be provided a return authorization and address. Items must then be returned unused and in their original packaging and at your cost. On receipt of your returned items we are happy to provide a credit towards another purchase with Deals on Brands.
Wrong size or item:
In the rare case where you receive an item that is different to the one you ordered please contact us via eBay or email us directly email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a reply paid parcel for you to return the item. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
On receipt of your returned item we will express post the correct item back to you.
In the rare case where you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us via eBay or email us directly firstname.lastname@example.org immediately that you notice the fault. We will send you a reply paid parcel for you to return the item.
On receipt of your returned item we will express dispatch a replacement back to you. In the case the item is no-longer available we will provide you a refund to your PayPal account for the item purchase value and a portion of the original postage cost you incurred.
