Flat Rate Delivery $12.00 per combined order delivered anywhere from Caboolture to Gold Coast, $14 Sunshine Coast & Ipswich areas.  Please request total to have postage manually adjusted.

PLEASE NOTE: Most of our items have postage worked out by eBay (using Australia post calculator), we just enter the weight, size and handling costs then eBay works out the cost based on your postcode and combined order.  Handling costs are usually between $1 & $3 per order depending on items. Some eBay sellers charge $20 handling fee but we have chosen to keep it low and use a variety of freight services to better cover our costs.  Registered post refers to a delivery service that registers both the sending and delivery of an item and doesn’t refer to only Australia post.

If you feel the P&H costs are too high please request total and we can check to see if order will fit into an express bag (not always available).

Any special offers received from Sunshine Markets web site are NOT valid on eBay. Sunshine Markets eBay will not price match items or postage. 

All items sent with regular post (usually not offered) is at buyers own risk and no allowed if paying by PayPal, no refunds or replacements available unless you have selected a traceable postage service at checkout.

Postage & delivery times: All orders are shipped within 48hrs weekdays, except from 24^th December until 1^st Feb each year when orders are shipped within 72hrs business days.  Deliver is then 1-7 days depending on your distance from Brisbane, little longer for remote areas.

Payment: within 5 days of last item purchased. Please note the we accept EFT bank deposits, Money orders and paypal. 

Combined postage: available on items finishing within 10 days.

Collection: Always email to enquire about collection & conditions before bidding / buying.

Refunds & Returns: Please inspect and test all items upon receiving them, please report faults within 5 days of receipt 3 days for all toys and children’s products. Please retain all original packaging.  If we agree to pay for return postage, item must be returned in same postage cartons/satchel as received in.

Most items cannot be opened and tested before postage, if your items arrives and doesn’t work or is damaged, email us and include photos where possible. Did you use good quality batteries? Is it as described? Email your problem and we’ll try to assist, we may offer replacement or refund. Please do not return any items before getting prior approval first. We usually don’t offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size etc unless item is not as described.
